Roberta Walker, Cardiff 101 Director, Critically Injured in Bike Crash

Earlier this month, City Council voted to expedite plans to make cycling safer through Leucadia.  They were reacting to the tragic events of December 8th when the Director of Cardiff 101, Roberta Walker, was struck by a truck while riding her bike along Coast Highway.  She was riding southbound in the sharrow lane near the Leucadia Post Office just after 6 am.  Roberta suffered extensive head and spine injuries and is still in critical condition.

Chesterfield Dr. RR Xing to be Closed for 3 Weeks in January

When the project is finally done, BuildNCC says we will have improved safety and the infrastructure for a future RR crossing Quiet Zone.  More Details here.
